Personal Information: Before leaving JBC God blessed me with Jondra Weller, a wonderful wife and ministry partner. We have three children: Christian (13), Lauren (11) and Jordan (8). The two girls were born in Zimbabwe so they are true African Americans.

Interests and Hobbies:

Hobbies: Backpacking, running, soccer & golf

Movies: Chariots of Fire (saw it on one of my first dates with my wife to be), The Wait of the World (a great missions movie), The Gods Must Be Crazy (funny movie about the Bushmen in Africa)

Food: Eastern NC barbecue (especially from Parkers in Greenville); sadza & muriwo from a Zimbabwe village

Quotes: “Where passion for God is weak, zeal for missions will be weak. Churches (and missionaries) that are not centered on the exaltation of the majesty and beauty of God will scarcely kindle a fervent desire to ‘declare his glory among the nations.’ (Psm 96:3)” John Piper

“ Every great work for God is first impossible, then difficult, then done.” Dr. Imad Shehadeh (Jordanian Christian and Professor)
