The Eubanks Institute for Missions was established in 2006 in order to enhance and expand the influence of Johnson Bible College for worldwide missions. JBC has a long history of influence in missions with alumni serving throughout the world. Missions is one of the key areas of professional studies at Johnson. The student body has a strong interest in and sensitivity to world evangelization. This institute will further increase JBC’s impact for missions.
The Eubanks Institute is named in honor of David and Margaret Eubanks and recognizes their significant contribution to the cause of worldwide missions and evangelism. |

The Institute has a threefold purpose:
- To highlight the Great Commission and challenge more workers to prepare for lifetime missionary service;
- To encourage missionaries already on the field; and
- To expand the role that JBC plays in the lives of missionaries, representatives from related missions and organizations, missionary recruits, forwarding agents, and other interested individuals.
