Eubanks Institute for Missions Lectureship

Join us March 11 – 13, 2008, when Johnson Bible College hosts the Eubanks Institute for Missions (EIM): Lectureship in Missionary Theory and Practice.  You will be glad you did.

Ziden Nutt, veteran missionary and founder of Good News Productions International (GNPI), presents the lectures for this historic, introductory event.  Ziden knows missionaries.  GNPI knows culturally relevant media strategies for effective cross-cultural mission work.

The lectureship will:
Inform and encourage Bible teachers and mission team members to teach and persuade Christians toward personal involvement in cross-cultural missions
Inspire and challenge Christians to pray, send, or go into some direct mission activity
Focus and motivate preachers and other church leaders  to prepare and recruit missionaries from within the local congregation

Join us for a banquet with Ziden on Tuesday, March 11, 2008, beginning at 6:30 pm.  This invitation extends to the entire congregation you serve: mission team, Bible teachers, elders, deacons, and other church leaders.  Banquet reservations may be placed by printing out a reservation form (.pdf) and sending it along with your check to Johnson Bible College.  Your reservation must be received by 5:00 pm on February 26, 2008.

Join JBC students in classes with Ziden on Wednesday, March 12, 2008.  The exact times and locations will be posted on the EIM Lectureship page.  You may also join with our combined student Chapel service, in the Phillips-Welshimer auditorium, on Thursday, March 13, 2008 at 9:00 am.

Class Schedule - Wednesday, March 12:
1:10 - Mark Young's Class on Media (MEDA 4245) in EAC 440.
