From Asheville/Bristol (via I-40/85):
From I-40 east of Knoxville, take exit 398 (Strawberry Plains Pike) and follow signs to JBC. You will make a total of 5 left turns in approximately 12 miles.
From Lexington (via I-75):
Go to downtown Knoxville on I-275 South and follow signs to Henley Street/US 441 South which becomes Chapman Highway. From the river bridge downtown go past Wal-Mart to the traffic light at Hendrons Chapel Road (7 miles). Turn left on Hendrons Chapel Road and travel 5 miles to JBC.
From Nashville/Chattanooga (via I-40/75):
Go to downtown Knoxville on I-40/75; take Exit 388 (Smoky Mtns.) and follow signs to US 441 South which becomes Chapman Highway. From the river bridge downtown go past Wal-Mart to the traffic light at Hendrons Chapel Road (7 miles). Turn left on Hendrons Chapel Road and travel 5 miles to JBC.
From McGhee Tyson Airport:
Take US 129 North toward Knoxville and go 5.5 miles to US 168 (Governor John Sevier Highway). Turn right (east) on US 168 and go approximately 8.5 miles to French Rd. Turn right on French Rd and follow the signs to Johnson Bible College. |
