Payment should accompany all registrations. The fee for overnight guests covers the entire Retreat: program, meals, and lodging. All registrations postmarked by April 1 are $40; if postmarked between April 2 and May 2, the fee is $50. Registrations postmarked after Friday, May 2 are $60. If you wish to register after May 2, please call (865) 573-4517 to be sure housing is still available.
A space is provided on the registration form for you to let us know if you need special housing considerations. Both Johnson and Brown Halls have elevator access to all floors. We make every effort to keep groups housed in adjacent rooms when possible. Room assignments will be made on Wednesday, May 14. If someone in your group cancels, please call the College at (865) 573-4517 to let us know, even if the cancellation occurs on the day the Retreat begins.
We encourage you to bring your own sheets, towels, and blankets. Beds in the dorms have extra long mattresses; two FLAT twin sheets work well on them. A linen set consisting of two sheets, one pillow case (not pillow), one washcloth and one towel may be rented for $5.00 per set. However, our supply is limited. Everyone needs to bring a blanket and pillow.
Refunds are given for those who cancel on or before May 9. After this date, the fee is automatically added to the Smoky Mountain Women's Retreat Scholarship Fund at JBC
