There simply aren't words to describe the dorm life here at Johnson Bible College. (But I'll try!) Until my arrival, I had never realized how important a role accountability should play in my own personal life. Because of all the surrounding men on the campus, I have been strengthened in my own personal relationship with Christ. Living with 300 guys can be more serious than you'd think.

500 Miles from home, I sit in my comfortable dorm room. You might not think so, but I actually like my dorm room better than my room back in Florissant, Missouri. A comfortable bed, a bean bag chair or two...and don't forget the TV and obligatory surround sound system. (We have to watch the Lord of the Rings on something!) While here, I've seen just about every possible furniture arrangement in the dorm, and there are many. The main question is, which one suits you? Plus, full bathrooms in each room give us the extra time we need to get ready for class and chapel each morning!

My two R.A.s (Resident Assistants) this past semester were Jared Wortman and Kurt Lane. I know that I can trust these older students and that they are willing to help me with any need I may have.

I only have one complaint about the campus here at JBC! There is WAY too much to do! You'll have a hard time choosing what to do with your friends, whether it's hanging out on Chapman Highway, or studying together.

Because of the nature of the relationships made here, the men in this dorm are friends I know I will remember for the rest of my life. God has placed us all here...He binds me to the friends I've made, and has continued to do so through every single part of my first semester here at Johnson Bible College.
