JBC is blessed to have David Wheeler as campus minister. One of his most important responsibilities is providing creative opportunities for spiritual growth. Each semester he leads students in retreats, special prayer services, fellowship activities, and other events.

David and his wife Cathy also sponsor a small group each year called "Fit to be Tied." This discussion / fellowship group helps engaged couples prepare for marriage by learning about the joys and challenges of developing a loving Christian marriage.

As campus minister, David is also available to students for personal counseling and to serve as a "point of contact" for those needing help, directions, comfort, and prayer.
