Mrs. Pauline Williams passed away on Sunday, October 7, in Florida. It was her 100th birthday.
Most of you probably do not know Mrs. Williams. She has the distinction of having known all six of JBC’s presidents. As a teenager she visited the College during Ashley Johnson’s days and dated Johnson boys. Her husband Frank ('26) worked for the first five presidents doing maintenance and construction around the College. Mrs. Williams would have known Dr. Weedman as both a student and professor.
Mrs. Williams’s granddaughter, Deborah (Wright, '80) Clark is married alumnus Mark Clark ('78). Her grandson, Mark Wright ('79), and great granddaughter, Stephanie (Clark, '04) Nelson, who married alumnus Kyle Nelson ('04), also attended Johnson Bible College. Additionally, Linda (Snow, '66) Reid is a niece to Mrs. Williams.
Mrs. Williams’s funeral will take place on the JBC campus on the afternoon of Sunday, October 21st.
